The "integrated thermal management system sealing module" developed by the company has obtained the national utility model patent, passed the product certification of the China Automobile Certification Center (CCAP), and has become the core supplier of high-end new energy brands such as Geely Zeekr and Geometry, with annual sales exceeding 60 million yuan.

2019

In in-depth cooperation with Sanhua Automobile Zero, the "fifth-generation PTFE reverse screw groove seal" was jointly developed, which increased the sealing life by 3 times compared with traditional products, and successfully matched the thermal management components supplied by Sanhua Group for Tesla Model 3, achieving a breakthrough in the supply chain of foreign car companies.

2016

In response to the development trend of new energy vehicles, Geely launched the "R&D of battery thermal management system seals", broke through the reliability technology of high and low temperature cycle seals, and passed the rigorous testing of Geely's new energy models, becoming its first core seal supplier for thermal management systems for pure electric models.

In response to the sealing needs of automotive thermal management systems, the company developed "PTFE rubber and plastic composite seals", combined with the elasticity of rubber and the low friction of PTFE, and jointly developed sealing solutions suitable for turbocharged models with Sanhua Automobile Zero, with an increase of 60% over the previous year

2008

Overcome the "fluoroelastomer seal molding technology", the high-temperature resistance of the product has been improved to 180°C, and the "ISO/TS 16949 Automotive Industry Special Certification" has been passed, and the supporting scope has been extended to all models of air conditioning systems.

2003

Aiming at the needs of upgrading the sealing accuracy of automotive air conditioners, helium mass spectrometry leak detection equipment was introduced to achieve accurate detection of sealing performance at the component level, and the product qualification rate increased from 92% to 99.5%, successfully entering the supply chain of Zhejiang Sanhua Group to support sealing components for its automotive air conditioning valve products.

1999

It has developed "low-temperature resistant nitrile rubber seals" suitable for mainstream joint venture models, solved the problem of easy hardening and leakage of seals in winter in the northern region, and passed the "ISO 9001 quality management system certification" to become an early secondary supplier of Shanghai Volkswagen, providing air conditioning pipeline sealing for its economy cars.

Coinciding with the start of the wave of joint ventures in China's automobile industry, the family car market is beginning to appear, focusing on the production of rubber seals for automobile air conditioning pipelines, which is only supplied to local small auto repair shops and parts manufacturers in the early stage, with more than 30 employees and an annual output value of less than 800,000 yuan.
